We serve as a co-ordinator between the client, manufacturers and suppliers and work closely with all groups to ensure that controls over details, product supply and finish timelines are maintained. We act as the advocate for the client to help smooth out the process by eliminating time-consuming presentation meetings and sub- contractor arrangements and scheduling.
	McIntyre will also make all arrangements for dismantling and moving existing furniture plus the planning and implementation of the shipments/deliveries of new product from manufacturers.
	McIntyre will set up and oversee all subcontract schedules and co-ordinate all time critical dates.
	When problems arise we resolve them on behalf of the client.
